How do the numbers work on my blog? Let me explain. (This is for all you recent followers out there who might be like WTF…)
Every time someone approaches me, asks me out, flirts with me, whatever the case may be, I assign them the next number that comes up. If an Ex reappears or perhaps a close friend makes a romantic advance, they get the number that comes up next, but I will offer some background. If my ex-boyfriend from 8th grade makes a move, he does not get upgraded to #1 just because he met me before puberty.
So while I met and dated #19 months before I met #18, he didn’t come into my “blog life” (or back into my real life) until later. Also note, at times when I have a boyfriend (like when I was with 26) that doesn’t mean other boys stop trying. So while one person may have me on lock down, other players are always knocking at the gate and earning themselves new numbers.
Some numbers are never heard from again, some are heard from over and over. So when you hear about 3 and 7 in the same entry as 46, you know who’s been around the longest and who’s making a new dash at my heart/pants.
