Confidence and attitude make the person either way. Have you heard the term ‘ugly hot’? How else could I explain my unreasonable attraction to Steve Buscemi?
In terms of females, look at Anna Dello Russo and Grace Coddington; they’re not babes, they’re badasses. For a moment, look at yourself in the mirror not as a person on a pretty scale, but rather an empty palette. What could define you? Give you that vavoom? Research your coloring, your face shape. Wear statement pieces like chunky necklaces or luxe coats. Find a killer shade of lipstick. Perfect that cat-eye eyeliner. Find the perfect brow filler (Anastasia Brow Wiz.)
Also, remember that there is more to you than your supposedly plain face. The things that I find attractive in men are their forearms, the way a suit falls on their shoulders, the gruffness of their voice, a shadowed face at the end of a long day. Men have the same weaknesses for collarbones, a lock of hair in your face, the way you stretch.
You do not have to be pretty to be utterly sexy.
